Viansa, Sonoma

You are welcome to head to Viansa (without a reservation!) and purchase wine by the glass or bottle, and relax in the non-reservation picnic tables and chairs on their Main Lawn space. Don't forget to pick up snacks or a yummy lunch from the Italian Marketplace on property!

It all started with 12 acres in the Russian River Valley, purchased in the late 70s, where Dr. Hanna and his daughter, Christine Hanna, began making homemade wine. In 1985, the winery was officially launched, and new vineyards were acquired throughout the next decade. Now, the family’s holdings total 600 acres, 230 planted to vines.
